【摘要】:ThispartofISO10705specifiesamethodforthedetectionandenumerationofbacteriophagesinfectingBacteroidesfragilisbyincubatingthesamplewithanappropriatehost-strain.Themethodisapplicabletoallkindsofwater,sedimentsandsludgeextracts,wherenecessaryafterdilution.Inthecaseoflowphagenumbers,apre-concentrationstepmaybenecessaryforwhichaseparateInternationalStandardhasbeendeveloped.Themethodisalsoapplicabletoshellfishextracts.NOTEItisdesirableforInternationalStandardstobeadoptedaswidelyaspossible.ThispartofISO10705includesreferencetoalternativeprocedureswhichobviatetheneedforexpensivematerialsorequipmentwhichmaynotbereadilyavailableindevelopingcountries.Useofthesealternativeswillnotaffecttheperformanceofthismethod.

【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesprinciplesforthedesignandselection,independentofthenatureoftheenergysource,ofinterlockingdevicesassociatedwithguards(asdefinedin3.23.1"interlockingdevice[interlock]",3.22.4"interlockingguard"and3.22.5"interlockingguardwithguardlocking"ofISO/TR12100-1:1992).Italsoprovidesrequirementsspecificallyintendedforelectricalinterlockingdevices(seeclause6).ThisInternationalStandardcoversthepartsofguardswhichactuateinterlockingdevices.NOTERequirementsforguardsaregiveninprEN953.TheprocessingofthesignalfromtheinterlockingdevicetostopandimmobilizethemachineisdealtwithinISO13849-1.
