【摘要】:Thisstandardisrelevantforallelectronicproductsandsystems(includingtheirsoftware)havinghomeand/orbuildingcontrolfunctions.ItisnotrestrictedtoproductscomplyingwiththeHBESstandards.PartsofdevicesandequipmentnotprovidingHBESfunctionalityarenotincluded.Forsuchdevicepartstherelevantproductstandardsapply.Thisstandarddefinesthegeneralconformityassessmentrequirementsforthecommunicationprotocols.ThisstandardindicatesthosestandardstobeusedforconformityassessmentofHBESproductsandorsystems.TheconformityassessmentprocedureprovidesrequirementsforallkeyelementsofHBES,suchassafety,includingfunctionalsafety,EMCrequirementsandenvironment.Theserequirementsaregivenbyreferencetorelevantstandards,whereavailable.TheassessmentandtestingofinstalledsystemswillbecoveredbyEN50090-9-2.
