【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestherequiredpropertiesofthepipingsystemanditscomponentsmadefromglass-reinforcedthermosettingplastics(GRP)basedonunsaturatedpolyesterresin(UP)intendedtobeusedfordrainageorseweragewithorwithoutpressure.Inapipeworksystem,pipesandfittingsofdifferentnominalpressureandstiffnessratingsmaybeusedtogether.NOTE1Itistheresponsibilityofthepurchaserorspecifiertomaketheappropriateselectionsfromtheseaspects,takingintoaccounttheirparticularrequirementsandanyrelevantnationalregulationsandinstallationpracticesorcodes.ThisEuropeanStandardisapplicabletoGRP-UP,withflexibleorrigidjoints(see3.37and3.38),primarilyintendedforuseinburiedinstallations.NOTE2PipingsystemsconformingtothisEuropeanStandardcanbeusedalsofornon-buriedapplicationsprovidedtheinfluenceoftheenvironment,e.g.fromUV-radiation,andthesupportsareconsideredinthedesignofthepipes,fittingsandjoints.Itisapplicabletopipes,fittingsandtheirjointsofnominalsizesfromDN100toDN3000,whichareintendedtobeusedfortheconveyanceofsurfacewaterorsewageattemperaturesupto50°C,withorwithoutpressure.ThisEuropeanStandardcoversarangeofnominalsizes,nominalstiffnessesandnominalpressures.Clause4specifiesthegeneralaspectsofGRP-UPpipingsystemintendedtobeusedinthefieldofdrainageorsewerage,withorwithoutpressure.Clause5specifiesthecharacteristicsofpipesmadefromGRP-UPwithorwithoutaggregatesand/orfillers.Thepipescanhaveathermosettingorthermoplasticsliner.Clause5alsospecifiesthetestparametersforthetestmethodsreferredtointhisEuropeanStandard.Clause6specifiesthecharacteristicsoffittingsmadefromGRP-UPwitheitherathermosettingorthermoplasticslinerintendedtobeusedinthefieldofdrainageorsewerage.Clause6specifiesthedimensionalandperformancerequirementsforbends,branches,reducers,saddlesandflangedadaptorsanditalsospecifiesthetestparametersforthetestmethodsreferredtointhisEuropeanStandard.Clause6isapplicabletofittingsmadeusinganyofthefollowingtechniques:a)fabricatedfromstraightpipe;b)mouldedby1)filamentwinding;2)tapewinding;3)contactmoulding;4)hotorcoldpressmoulding.Clause7isapplicabletothejointstobeusedinGRP-UPpipingsystemstobeusedfortheconveyanceofwater,bothburiedandnon-buried.Thisspecificationisapplicabletojoints,whichareorarenotintendedtoberesistanttoaxialloading.Itcoversrequirementstoprovethedesignofthejoint.Clause7specifiestypetestperformancerequirementsforthefollowingjointsasafunctionofthedeclarednominalpressureratingofthepipelineorsystem:i)socket-and-spigot(eitherintegralwithpipeorsleevecoupling)ormechanicaljoint;ii)lockedsocket-and-spigotjoint;iii)cementedorwrappedjoint;iv)boltedflangejoint.
